Rules & Regulations

All registrations can be made via our online registration system. (DCG) Phone and mail-in registrations are not accepted.


Independent dancers are welcome to register.

Ages are determined by age of dancer at time of event weekend. We will defer to the Studio Director on dancer room placement.
Early registration tuition fees apply to all fully paid registrations at least 30 days prior to the start of the event. After 30 days all fees will automatically update to the late fees.

Registrations must be paid in full before any event information is released. This includes event schedules, dancer numbers, wristbands, etc.

All dancers registered for Epix Dance Conventions will need to have a signed waiver submitted prior to attending the event. All waivers will need to be submitted before final show documents are sent out. Waivers are valid for the entire season 2020-2021 season.

Space is limited, therefore registration at the door is not guaranteed. Convention registrations at the door are accepted, On-site convention registrations must be paid for in cash, by credit card, or by cashier’s check. Personal checks are not accepted after 30 days prior to the event.

All returned checks are subject to a $40 fee.

All registrations are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled you will receive a credit that can be used for any Epix Dance Convention Event 

Due to COVID-19 if an event space cancels our reservation, and an alternative venue cannot be booked in time, we will convert the convention to an online/virtual event.

Due to certain mandates, venues will be limiting the capacity in ballrooms so registration is on a first-come first-served basis. Once capacity has been hit for any ballroom we will not be able to accept dancers above that quantity. We encourage you to register as early as possible, as capacity limits may shift as we get closer to in-person events.
